Kodiak Island Borough School District offers a variety of summer enrichment programs for students in grades K-12. A quick overview of our programs and the grades they serve are listed below.

Special Services – Extended School Year (ESY) Pre K-12 

Extended School Year (ESY) is for K-12 students in our Special Education Program and will focus on preventing regression both in academic and behavioral skills.

SEAL- K-5, with student interns from grades 9-12: Summer English Acquisition and Learning  

SEAL is for grades K-5.  Students are selected by teachers based on needs.

Summer Online School

Are you a junior or senior looking to recover credit? The Kodiak Digital Learning Program (KDLP) is here for you! We are offering a limited course catalog to help with credit recovery on the path to graduation. Talk to your school counselor to get more information about where you are in your graduation progress work.
