Faith-Based Curriculum

AKTEACH welcomes faith-based homeschool families.

AKTEACH can support faith-based program development within the scope of state statutes, which requires that at least 50 percent of a full-time student’s coursework be comprised of core courses.

Though faith-based curriculum cannot be purchased using an AKTEACH allotment, nothing prevents a parent from providing supplemental instruction to the parent/guardian’s own child using materials of the parent/guardian’s choice.

We ask that parents/guardian’s work with their contact teacher to design a program that best addresses their child’s individual needs.
