Fresh off another outstanding season, the Kodiak High School Shakesbears are proud to present The Stage Awakens, the 2026 Shakesbears Showcase. Join us for an evening of award-winning performances by Kodiak student actors on Friday, March 27 at 6:30 p.m., or catch the matinee on Saturday, March 28 at 2:00 p.m., at the Gerald C. Wilson Auditorium Drama Pod. The showcase will feature many of the performances that helped power the Shakesbears’ remarkable run at state this year, including selections associated with five national qualifiers, command performances by seniors, and some of the team’s strongest drama and speech work of the season. Act 1 features family-appropriate performances, while Act 2 includes some more mature material. Tickets are $10 at the door. Come celebrate the talent, courage, and artistry of Kodiak’s young actors and speakers.
