The BEAR’s DEN will be open on Friday this week!
Big congratulations to our Shakesbears, who opened the season with a huge weekend at the Bartlett High School Drama, Debate, and Forensics Tournament in Anchorage on January 23 and 24. They traveled with 11 students competing in 21 events, and an incredible 18 entries made it to finals. Kodiak competed against 13 other teams from Anchorage, the Kenai Peninsula, and Skagway. We are currently ranked number three in the state overall, and in Drama events we scored nearly double the points of the second-place team. The Shakesbears head to Juneau this weekend.
Lunch today is Tamale, French Fries, Spinach, Chilled Fruit, Choice of Milk. We have sandwiches and salads too!!! Breakfast for Wednesday is Oatmeal.
