Military Families
Kodiak Middle School is proud to serve military-connected students and families within our community. We are committed to providing supportive resources and meaningful programs that recognize and respond to the unique experiences of military families while ensuring a positive and engaging educational environment for all students.
Approximately 20 percent of Kodiak Middle School students are military affiliated. KMS primarily serves United States Coast Guard families and also supports Navy-connected families. As a designated Purple Star School, Kodiak Middle School demonstrates a strong commitment to meeting the needs of military-connected students and maintaining consistent communication and support for families.
