My name is Audra Morrow, and I am honored to serve as the principal of this incredible school community. I have been an educator for 25 years and hold two master\u2019s degrees, but more importantly, I am someone who truly loves being a school leader. Every day, I feel grateful to work alongside dedicated teachers, amazing students, and families who care deeply about learning.<\/p>\n
I believe strongly in the power of school\u2013family relationships, and I work hard to ensure that every student and family feels welcome, seen, and valued at East. Our school is at its best when we partner together, and I am committed to building those connections with warmth, clarity, and consistency.<\/p>\n
Instructionally, I believe in using data to guide our decisions and in working as a collaborative team\u2014because we are far stronger together than we are alone. Our teachers put their hearts and souls into their work, and they inspire me every day with their commitment to high expectations, compassion, and excellence.<\/p>\n
Most of all, I believe that learning should be joyful. Schools should be filled with curiosity, belonging, laughter, and the thrill of discovery. When students feel safe, supported, and excited to learn, they thrive\u2014and that is the environment we work to create here at East Elementary.<\/p>\n
It is an honor and a privilege to lead this team and to serve our students and families. I look forward to all the growth, celebration, and learning ahead.<\/p>\n
