    Please Note:

    Use of all Kodiak Island Borough School District facilities requires pre-approval and is subject to the Kodiak Island Borough School District Facility Usage Agreement.  All groups who wish to use a facility are required to sign a Facility Use Agreement, provide a copy of a current Liability Insurance Certificate, and pre-pay any fees that may be associated with the facility usage.


Requesting the use of a KIBSD facility.

  •  FS Direct

    KIBSD uses SchoolDude FS Direct for the scheduling, processing, and approval of all facility requests. Below you will find instructions along with quick start videos to help you get started.  If you are unable to view the videos to complete the scheduling process, please contact the Community Schools Office at 481-2595 or email lsiebe01@kibsd.org for assistance.

    District users can request facility usage through SchoolDude under the Schedule Request tab.

    First-time users are encouraged to watch the 5-minute FSDirect Requester video.  This video will help guide you through the process of requesting a facility.


    If you are a coach or facilitator of a school district program but do not have access to SchoolDude please call the Community Schools office at 481-2595 and we will process your request directly.
