Thank you so much for your interest and support of the KIBSD recruiting efforts. At this time we have already reached capacity for the number of teachers we will be able to meet while in Manila. It is our hope and plan to accomplish several goals while traveling to the Philippines. We will be conducting business meetings with agencies, touring and visiting schools, establishing relationships with Universities, and recruiting potential educators.
In addition, we will host a recruiting event in Manila where we will share about Kodiak and complete screening interviews for potential applicants. While participation in Manila is an opportunity to learn and network, it is not critical to the hiring process.
KIBSD is engaged in multiple recruiting efforts within the United States and is always committed to hiring the most highly qualified and strongest candidate for every position. We have limited capacity for H1-B sponsorship but are excited to meet potential teachers.
