The school district, with the support and assistance of Kodiak Public Health, will be hosting a voluntary vaccination clinic for students age 12 and older on Thursday, August 26, 2021. It will take place in the Auditorium foyer from 3:00 – 7:00 pm. Please see the clinic flyer for more information.
We understand that the decision to vaccinate is a personal and family choice. KIBSD does not maintain a stance on vaccination for COVID-19, we only seek to provide an additional opportunity for those who are interested and eligible.
Your student’s vaccination status does not prohibit them from taking part in any school or extracurricular event. COVID-19 TESTING may be required for participation in certain activities.
Appointments are not required, there will be no charge for the vaccine, and your insurance will not be billed. Students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
