   Parent/Athlete Concussion Information Sheet *
           AK State Law now requires that school districts have a plan for the prevention and
           management of concussions. The plan must include the following:
              - All coaches must be trained on the prevention and management of concussions.
              - Schools must annually provide student athletes and parents written information
                on the nature and risks of concussions.
