Our commitment to the parents and children around the island is to have the most qualified teachers in every classroom. It is a charge we take very seriously. When a teacher cannot be in the classroom, we want to put a substitute in place who works well with students and carries out the exact plans and activities the regular classroom teacher designed for that day.
